October is Ethics Month for AFP. Mark your calendar for a joint meeting between AFP-VBR and APRA Virginia Chapter to learn and discuss what each development shop should know about collecting, storing, and utilizing prospect research.
Our Presenters: Jacqui Coones is the Executive Director of Prospect Development at Missouri State University. Prior to this role she was a consultant and a director of development. Arcadia Rodriguez-Ruiz is Associate Director of Prospect Management for The Juilliard School. She more than 10 years of experience in development and is the current President of Apra-Virginia. She also serves on the board of a small contemplative non-profit, which has given her insight into development for small shops. You are welcome to join us in-person at the Roanoke Higher Education Center (Room 418) or you may attend via Zoom. In-person guests are encouraged to BYO lunch or may purchase from the Higher Ed Center cafeteria. This meeting will not be recorded. Reserve your spot today.
